We are quality

Our farm is an authentic family farm that has been passed down from parent to child for five generations. We are nestled in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range, located in the western region of El Salvador. Apaneca-Ilamatepec consists of 3 volcanos: Santa Ana, Cerro Verde, and one of the newest, Izalco. Our farm is part of the interconnected shade-grown coffee farms that enable a flow of flora and fauna, an essential part of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.

We produce an average of 4,500 quintiles of green coffee a year. The farm is blessed with an elevation of 1,350-1,400 meters (4,430-4,600 ft), and our unique volcanic soil has made our coffee one of the best in Central America.

Our coffee has the cupping characteristics of honey and citric aroma with a sweet caramel flavor and creamy texture. The flavor is also described to have fruity notes and balanced acidity with a prolonged fruity aftertaste. Maintaining uniformity and consistency until the end of the evaluation.

The harvest is done manually on Finca Siciniapa’s one hundred sixteen (116) hectares. Forty-five people benefit from the farm's activities throughout the year, and 180 additional people join our team during the harvest season.
